We’re currently seeking an experienced, full-time Rehab Aide to join our growing team at our Walla Walla location. We’re looking for someone who shares our values and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while also committing to ongoing learning and professional development.
We are looking for an individual who can…
- Use us as a stepping stone before physical therapy school.
- Learn the ins and outs of how a physical therapy clinic works.
- Assist the therapy team with bringing patients back for their sessions, keep the office clean and organized, follow instructions from the therapists, schedule patients, and perform other daily tasks.
- Have a lot of fun while making a difference in someone’s life!

Position Requirements
- Someone with some experience as a rehab aide is preferred
- This position will be treating a wide variety of patients. Must be comfortable working with different age demographics

- Excellent patient engagement skills and a motivator for your patients
- Ability to communicate well with patients and peers
- Thrive on innovation – always looking for the next best thing to help your patients
- Passionate about being a PT
- Loyal to your peers – you’ve got their back and they’ve got yours
- High School diploma or an equivalent level certification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite,
- Computerized scheduling and billing, transferring phone calls.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
