Mindy Porter, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Physical Therapist (DPT), Certified Women's Health Coach

Mindy received her bachelor's degree in exercise science from Eastern Washington University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. Mindy brings over a decade of experience as a physical therapist to Thrive! Integrative Health & Physical Therapy.

She founded Thrive! to further her commitment to providing evidence-based and individualized treatment to help individuals regain their lives and get back to doing what they love. With every client, she begins by developing a comprehensive understanding of previous and current health challenges, as well as goals and plans for the future. Once health coaching or physical therapy begins, she takes an integrative and person-centered approach to support her clients through education to optimize their health, manual therapy interventions including internal and/or external treatment techniques, and exercise interventions. As a team, she is dedicated to helping every client achieve improvements in overall body function, restore healthy movement patterns, and promote a return to the activities they love.

In her free time, Mindy enjoys going to the Oregon Coast and spending time with her family working on her small hobby farm, with her wonderful husband and three children. Mindy also spends a lot of time gardening.
