This program is for ANYONE who wants a beautiful pregnancy, a healthy delivery, and a healthy postpartum recovery.

One of the most valuable actions you can take for your health is to join me through one of my “Preparing for Pregnancy” programs. Whether you’re just thinking about getting pregnant for the first time or looking forward to your third or fourth baby, this step-by-step program is life-changing.

When you sign up, we will begin a 6-week collaborative process. I will support you to get healthy for your pregnancy with simple steps to take each week, guiding you to your best health and your baby’s best health for their lifetime!

…BUT, it’s especially for those who have struggled with fertility issues, PCOS, ovulatory infertility, secondary infertility, or who have had endometriosis, chronic illness, or thyroid issues (or even cancer). And, it’s for all women who want a healthy NEXT baby but feel depleted from having their previous baby.

I want to help you get OUT of feeling physically depleted and optimize your gut microbiome and energy level so your infant’s best health can begin in-utero and set them up for a GREAT life.

This program was designed by my own mentor, Dr. Jessica Drummond.  She founded the Integrative Women’s Health Institute, which is where I got my certification in women’s health coaching. This evidence-based program is the exact process Dr. Drummond uses with her clients who have struggled with fertility challenges or wish for a healthy pregnancy (and fast recovery after the baby is born!).
